Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and Federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some embroidery orders (especially custom) can take up to 7-15 business days to process. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fishandcoclothing@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Pre Orders

Please review each product listing carefully to confirm whether an item is a pre-order. Pre-order items require additional processing time, as they are not currently in stock. Estimated shipping timelines are provided, but please note these are approximate and may be affected by production delays or other factors beyond our control. We recommend allowing an additional 1–2 weeks beyond the stated estimate when planning for delivery.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
